Gentle Yoga Flow for Educators and First Responders

Join Kristen for a monthly yoga class sequenced specifically for Educators and First Responders. We are aware of the selfless sacrifices those in service make for the sake of others on a daily basis. Yoga nourishes us with a state of relaxation, reduces stress, improves sleep, calms the mind and nervous system and increases mental and emotional clarity. Begin the year by nurturing yourself with the ultimate gift, a resolution of self-care, health, balance and inner peace. Come experience how a yoga practice on the mat transfers to all areas of your life off the mat.
